An update from the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation

A meeting of the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation took place. The Session adopted a number of Rulings, in particular: on crimes against the constitutional human and civil rights and freedoms (Russian version), on administrative cases regarding detention conditions (Russian version), on creation and distribution of bankruptcy estate during personal bankruptcy (Russian version), on application of general provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on formation and interpretation of contracts (Russian version), on cases regarding the dispute of normative legal acts (Russian version).
