Transnational Criminal Law Review Call for Papers
The Transnational Criminal Law Review (TCLR) is an open access, peer reviewed journal, published twice annually, available to all here.
Launched in 2022, the TCLR’s mandate is to publish high level scholarship in the field of transnational criminal law, which broadly includes all issues relating to legal responses to transnational crimes, as well as important developments in the field around the globe. The TCLR targets an audience of legal scholars, criminologists, and social scientists, as well as legal practitioners, policymakers, and students.
The TCLR is now accepting submissions for Volume 2, Issue 2.
Submissions may cover procedural as well as substantive aspects of transnational criminal law, which spans a wide range of areas such as transnational organized crime, terrorism, cybercrime, drug trafficking, money laundering, corruption, and migrant smuggling (for further details see About the Journal on the website.
The TCLR welcomes submissions that are written from legal doctrinal, theoretical, critical, and interdisciplinary perspectives. In addition to full length articles, which are subject to double blind peer-review, the TCLR publishes shorter pieces such as case comments, book reviews, and notes on current developments in the field. Submissions for Volume 2, Issue 2 must be made here by August 31, 2023. The TCLR welcomes submissions from authors from around the globe and, in particular, encourages submissions from scholars and practitioners in the Global South.
Sincerely,
the DRLA Board
